the boarding time 0f 1955 was delayed with no advices by SAA staff at the boarding gate  we eventually boarded  some 25 minutes later - even then we waited at the entrance and the staff member was rude a when i indicated to her that its not good for SAA to delay flights

when we landed all that was announced was Business class passengers would disembark first and then in Economy class there was a mad free for all
why is SAA not following the procedure followed by ALL the other airlines - disembark two rows at a time UNDER supervision by SAA staff ?
